Rachel DeMaster, Campaign Director

Rachel DeMaster joined the New Hampshire Campaign for Legal Services as Director in 2025, bringing more than 25 years experience raising funds and building communities around causes she believes in. Rachel holds an MBA from Boston University and, during her first year with the Campaign, completed a certificate in paralegal studies to deepen her understanding of the legal system she now works to make more accessible. She is also a Leadership Donor to the Campaign because she believes deeply that access to justice should never depend on a person’s income, and she hopes others will join her in supporting that mission.

Donna Giddings, Administrative Assistant

Donna Giddings joined the Campaign for Legal Services in 2009. Donna has worked with civil legal aid programs for more than 20 years. She provides administrative support to the Campaign Director, compiles and maintains the Campaign’s donor database, and participates in fundraising activities including donor and public relations, direct mail appeals, and special events.
